Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical In Charge to oversee electrical operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and management, ensuring that all electrical systems are running efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage electrical maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate electrical projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.
Maintain accurate records of electrical work and maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or operations.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety practices.
Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., IS, IEC).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
