ELECTRICAL ESTIMATION ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimation Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in project estimation, enabling them to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for various electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates for projects based on specifications and drawings.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for estimating.
• Review and assess subcontractor quotes and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and updates to ensure traceability and accountability.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve project profitability.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss estimates and provide insights on cost-saving measures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in electrical estimation and project costing.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, and specialized estimating software).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and documentation.
