You will be joining the Transformers Business team of Hitachi Energy in Vadodara, India, as an Electrical Engineering Senior Professional. Your role will involve contributing to transforming energy and delivering social, environmental, and economic value for a sustainable energy future. Hitachi Energy's portfolio includes power transformers, traction transformers, insulation and components, digital sensors, and transformer services for various sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing and engineering power transformers - Adhering to Indian and International Standards - Aligning with manufacturing plans - Understanding customer requirements - Conducting design verification - Organizing project documentation - Identifying risks - Participating in design review meetings - Supporting project monitoring and technical services **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B.Tech (Electrical) or M.E/M.Tech/M.S degree - Specialization in High Voltage, Power System, or Electrical Machines - 12+ years of industry experience in Electrical designing of Power Transformers and Shunt Reactors - Proficiency in Power Transformer Electrical Design, Thermal, Dielectrics, Short circuit, and sound performance - Experience with other transformer products - Knowledge of 2-D and 3-D CAD software packages - Ability to work on optimization and cost-saving projects - Proficiency in the English language If you are passionate about contributing to Hitachi Energy's transformative initiatives and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position based in Maneja, Gujarat, India.
