Our Requirements: - Position Electrical Engineer Number of Vacancy- 4 Location Odisha & Bihar Qualification ITI/DIPLOMA/BTECH Experience – Min 2 Years In Electrical Project Execution (Distribution/transmission line) Salary – Open & Negotiable Other Benefits – Food Expense + accommodation, yearly bonus,EPF,ESIC. Role & Responsibility: - 1. System Design and Planning Electrical System Design: The engineer is responsible for designing the electrical infrastructure for the solar power system, which includes selecting the appropriate inverters, electrical panels, protection devices, and wiring. Load Analysis: Analyzing the load requirements and ensuring the solar system is designed to meet the energy demand effectively. Energy Storage Systems: If the project includes energy storage (e.g., batteries), the electrical engineer designs the integration of the storage system with the solar generation system. Compliance with Standards: Ensuring that the design adheres to local, national, and international electrical codes and standards (such as NEC in the USA or IEC standards in Europe). System Sizing: Determining the appropriate size of solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components based on energy needs, location, and climate conditions. 2. Project Management and Coordination Project Scheduling: Collaborating with the project manager to develop schedules and timelines for the installation of electrical systems. Supplier Coordination: Selecting and coordinating with suppliers of electrical components such as inverters, cables, and switchgear. Team Leadership: Leading a team of technicians and electricians during the installation phase, ensuring that electrical work is carried out safely and to specification. Budgeting: Assisting in budget estimation and cost control for electrical components of the solar system. 3. Installation and Commissioning Electrical System Installation: Overseeing the installation of all electrical components of the solar system, including wiring, inverters, batteries, and protection equipment. System Integration: Ensuring the solar power system is properly integrated with the existing electrical grid or local power distribution systems if required (grid-tied systems). Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting system tests to ensure proper functionality and troubleshooting any issues during the commissioning process. Safety Checks: Ensuring that electrical systems comply with safety standards and performing safety audits on-site during installation. 4. Maintenance and Monitoring Ongoing Monitoring: After installation, the electrical engineer may be responsible for monitoring the performance of the solar power system, checking for any electrical faults or inefficiencies. Preventive Maintenance: Implementing a preventive maintenance program for electrical systems to ensure long-term performance and reliability. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Addressing electrical faults or issues that arise during the operation phase of the solar system. 5. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Regulatory Approvals: Working with regulatory bodies to ensure the system complies with electrical codes, utility regulations, and environmental standards. Documentation: Preparing detailed electrical drawings, system specifications, and maintenance manuals for the solar system. This also includes documentation for permits and approvals. Grid Connection Compliance: Ensuring that the solar system meets the requirements of the utility company for grid-connected systems, including safety protocols and communication systems.
