Electrical Engineer - Site

Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Site (Solar Turnkey Projects)

Location: Across Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Industry: Solar Energy / EPC (Ground Mount Turnkey Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical activities at solar project sites.
• Execute installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, inverters, and cable terminations as per design.
• Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of solar plants.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and support operations teams during project handover.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Support documentation, drawings review, and as-built preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in solar EPC, preferably ground-mounted projects.
• Strong understanding of single-line diagrams (SLD), earthing, and protection systems.
• Knowledge of relevant IS/IEC standards and solar project safety practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across Tamil Nadu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,492.02 - ₹43,985.03 per month
