Electrical Engineer

This position is with OEM client under the payroll of Randstad

Required:

Mechanical assembly and electrical assembly
Atleast minimal exposure to Genset / Power GenerationPrimary : BE / ME Electrical only , Secondary : Any Engineering3d Model, Catia / Creo , Electrical schematics.Control panel ,Controller experienceTesting on the Genset

Background / Experience:

•         Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering with min 5-6 years relevant experience.

•         Must have experience of working in a design/development environment

•         Must have experience from the Power Generation/ Genset industry and have designed Control panels, Breaker Panels and other Electrical components for the range starting from 5 kVA onwards and covering but not limited to 2500kVA

•         Must have good communication skills as the candidate will collaborate with team members and others in the work group, as well as customers and suppliers.

•         Must have Creo Schematic Knowledge, 2d/3d design package

•         Experience of creating and interpreting engineering drawings

•         Strong problem-solving abilities

JOB DUTIES:

Key areas of responsibility encountered in this role may include any or all the following:

•         To execute the custom design solution for the orders in hand in a limited time and thereby maintaining the Built-In-Quality measures in place

•         To identify the key component changes and its impact on the surrounding components including electrical parameters and without impacting local regulation

•         The incumbent must be well versed with Electrical Components & materials and respective manufacturing Process

•         The incumbent must also do the Virtual Design Review and Audit before signing off the Engineering designs

•         The incumbent must be well versed with the Creo Schematics, AutoCad, SAP and Teamcenter

•         The incumbent must be able to articulate the design changes to suppliers, dealers, and cross functional team across the globe
