Job Title: Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

Location: Odisha (Preferably local candidates)

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Industrial Sector

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale industrial machinery in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates worked on HT Grid equipment with LT distribution, MV Equipments.

Candidate who has Industrial equipment (Transformer-upto1.5MVA, Generator, Motor, SGPD, Capacitor Bank) experience.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems across the plant.

Ensure smooth operation of large-scale machinery and production equipment.

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with production and utility teams for technical support and process improvement.

Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and safety checks.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and provide permanent solutions.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives in machinery performance and energy efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech / Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, motors, PLC systems, and control panels.

Practical exposure to preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and plant utilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

Candidates from Odisha or willing to relocate to Odisha.

Experience in poultry, food processing, or similar large-scale manufacturing units will be an added advantage.
