1. Hands-on experience in FANUC/SIEMENS/MITSUBISHI controllers 2. Reading electrical circuits and troubleshooting. 3. Understanding PLC logics and hands on experience of PLC level troubleshootings. 4. Understanding of Drives, Encoders, Servo motors and Scales problems and corrections 5. Hands-on experience in CNC Turning centers / Presses / SPM machines 6. PM schedule preparing for all machines and carried 7. Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (IATF, EOHS, TPM) 8. Maintenance of Utilities (HT, LT, DG's and Compressors) 9. Preparing the critical spares and maintaining for the machines 10. Handling of shift and coordinating the team members 11. Maintaining daily reports and analyzing the data and taking CAPA actions for repeated problems 12. Ensuring the safety at work places
