To support this growth, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer. Job Roles & Responsibilities Service and maintain electrical systems. Efficient in Erection, Testing and Commissioning related matters pertaining to HT & LT Panels, Transformers, Distribution Panels and Oil filled Auto Voltage Regulator & its protection circuits Planning and executing preventive & scheduled maintenance of all electrical equipment to minimize breakdown time. Preparation of schedule maintenance reports of all heavy Machineries & carrying it out on a routine basis. Supervision of Pre-installation activities which includes ELECTRICAL works to get the site readiness for installation. Inspect installations work of all electrical equipment and to ensure performance as per equipment specification with operating safety standards. Preparing & planning of schedules for next course of action and fast completion of works. Preparation of Daily & Monthly Progress Reports. Maintaining record of all inventory and generating indents as per requirement. Following up with vendors regarding installation, erection and material supply. Evaluate the efficiency of electrical systems, machinery, components and products. Apply knowledge of electricity to design testing methods for different systems. Preference As a troubleshooting technician in a fast-paced production environment or as a measurement and control technician (with PLC knowledge). Drawing up/executing a preventive plan for PLC controls Follow up on calibrations and external PID repairs Experience in Electrical System Installation & Commissioning of Crushers & Ball Mills. Manage backups of programs and parameters Detecting breakdowns related to PLC and instrumentation Adapt PLC programs to new needs People Management Communicates and collaborates across the organization to meet agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. Ensures that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors. Financial Budget and Control Hold responsibility for the Electrical departmental budget. Education and Experience requirements: A Diploma/degree (Electrical, or Automation, electro-mechanics, option Measurement and Control Technology or equivalent through experience.).
