Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and improve electrical circuits and components used in home appliances.
Work with the R&D team to create new product prototypes and optimize existing designs.
Conduct performance tests, safety evaluations, and quality checks.
Troubleshoot electrical issues in production and provide effective solutions.
Ensure products comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support smooth manufacturing.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
Implement cost-saving ideas without compromising product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of experience in home appliances manufacturing (e.g., fans, mixers, heaters, motors, electronics-based appliances).
Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring, PCB design, motors, and control systems.
Familiarity with testing instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, load testing machines, etc.).
Good understanding of industry safety and compliance standards (ISI, BIS, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
