Job Description

As an Electrical Control Panel Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical control panels, wiring layouts, and harness assemblies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and terminal layouts using EPLAN - Performing PLC-based control system design, I/O mapping, and panel integration - Conducting fault finding and troubleshooting in electrical control systems, PLC programs, and field wiring - Selecting and sizing electrical components such as relays, contactors, breakers, fuses, sensors, and cables - Creating and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), cable schedules, and connection lists - Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of control panel systems at the site - Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in panels and wiring harnesses - Collaborating with mechanical, automation, and production teams to ensure system functionality and reliability - Ensuring compliance with electrical standards (IEC/IS/UL) and safety protocols - Maintaining proper documentation and revision control of all electrical drawings and PLC configurations Additionally, the company emphasizes on maintaining a full-time, permanent work location in person.
