Job Description

Design and estimate electrical & control systems for automation solutions, ensuring standardization, costing accuracy, and seamless integration with mechanical and software teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Create electrical panel layouts, wiring schematics, and component lists using EPLAN.
Select sensors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, cables, and control panel components.
Prepare high-level control architectures and estimate electrical load for each project.
Build accurate electrical BOQs and costing sheets.
Interact with OEMs in China to standardize components and gather technical specs.
Update control components and panel BOMs into ERP system.
Coordinate with Purchase team for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Align control system design with mechanical layout and WCS/WMS logic.

Requirements:

E./Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.
2 4 years in electrical design/control system costing for capital equipment or automation projects.
Strong working knowledge of EPLAN for schematic and layout design.
Familiar with Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta platforms and sensor technologies.
Good understanding of industrial electrical standards, panel sizing, safety norms.
Familiar with BOM creation and ERP updates.
Able to coordinate across teams and vendors independently.
