Role & responsibilities: Switchyard operation head, 33KV transmission line, bays maintenance, 220KV, 400KV switchyard maintenance, protection system, SCADA system, grid compliance, communication with RLDC etc. Maintenance of plant transformers, OH, condition monitoring etc. Maintenance of CHP, AHP electrical equipments etc. Condition based, scheduled and Breakdown maintenance. Modification, energy saving project to improve plant reliability. Spares procurement, Inventory management and reverse engineering. AMC Contract management. Complying all Safety standards of power plant. Alternate Vendor development Functional Competencies: B.E./B.Tech Graduate with technical competency in trouble shooting and maintenance of 400/220/33kv switchyard electrical and protection system, HT and LT systems, battery system etc. Behavioral & Management Competencies: He has to be a Team player with keen interest in improving the system and adopting various predictive maintenance techniques for continual improvement.
