We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the Bangalore. Candidates having 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and are passionate about driving growth — we’d love to hear from you! Minimum Requirements & Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors or higher degree. • Relevant work experience of 1+ yr is preferred. • Good communication skills in English, Hindi and at least one regional language. • Good at customer communication, relations and new business development. • Ability to function in both a team and an individual environment. • Flexibility to address changing priorities as they arise. Responsibilities & Duties: • Retain and grow business for responsible regions and customers. • Support new customer development from trials to commercialization process. • Retain relationship with channel partners. Identify and develop new channel partners as appropriate. • Expand use of barrier rigid packaging by identifying & developing new markets, applications and technologies. • Evaluate new markets of interest in rigid, semi-rigid & flexible packaging and make a recommendation. Develop strategy to enter select new markets and execute the plans. • Assess gaps associated with existing package technologies and act as systems integrator to develop unique solutions. • Apply science & engineering fundamentals to develop innovative packaging and package system solutions. • Stay abreast of new food & packaging technologies.
