Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Tasks Record day-to-day sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally/ERP Maintain cash book, bank reconciliation, and ledger entries Track and update expense reports and petty cash Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers Assist in monthly closing and basic financial reporting Clerical & Administrative Support Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and documents Handle data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document dispatch Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and queries Support inventory tracking and office supply management Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word) Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Attributes Prior experience in a similar role (1–3 years) Familiarity with small business operations Attention to detail and strong organizational habits Trustworthy, punctual, and team-oriented Best Regards, Manoj Kumar EINDIA FLEXIPACK MACHINERY PVT LTD Ground Floor, Plot No 24/18-A, Kh.
