EIM Senior AI Engineer

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities.
• Ensure model performance, accuracy, and compliance with ethical AI standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative models (LLMs, GANs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research papers.
