Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EHS Safety Officer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 20 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions plans.
Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety into all operations.
Review and update safety policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health Safety or related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing safety management systems.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
