Job responsibilities 1. Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines. 2. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. 3. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. 4. Ensure to fill in the safety inspection documents as per ISO 45001 5. Safety compliances 6. GPCP compliance, 7. Arrange safety training and Mock drill, Fire Drill, Safety week celebration. 8. Participation and Engagement of Safety team members 9. Fire extinguisher Maintenance and review Job responsibilities: 1. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. 4. Daily Plant round (Unit 1 & 2) 5. Induction training for new joiner, medical check-up of employees 6. Ensure OHC, ETP and STP compliance and maintain records 7. Maintain EHS all type of checklist and regularly update the records. 8. Safety Audit, CAPA, Committee meetings and guide all members for their EHS duties 9. Assessing engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE on an ongoing basis 10 Ensure to fill in the safety inspection documents as per ISO 45001 11. Ensure that all accident reports are recorded in a timely, complete, and accurate manner. 12. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures. 13. Safety compliances 14. GPCP compliance, 15. Arrange safety training, Mock drill, Fire Drill, Safety week celebration etc. 16. Participation and Engagement of Safety team members 17. Co-ordinate and support for all external and internal audits. 18. Develop Safety culture. 19.
