Looking for meta ad specialist (media buyer) to join a performance marketing agency. Should have atleast 1 year of experience in meta ads and working with multiple clients at once. Entire training will be provided but should have atleast 1 year of exposure with meta ads Respnsibilities- · Doing Keyword research for google search ads and meta ads · Doing Competitive research on meta ad library, google ad transperancy, and Google (for scanning, observation, and inspiration) · Making strategy for ad campaigns- audience selection, customer paths, deciding bait and OTO, audience targeting · Communicating with clients about research, strategy, content of ads, campaign structure, etc. · Ad account setup- people access, pixel, conversion learning, setting up business manager, ad account, technical setup, etc. · Copywriting- creating persuasive content for ads and landing page and scripts for video ads according to the research · Making content/script of landing page, video ads, and image ads · Working with vendors- designers, editors, landing page developers- maintaining good relations with them, and dealing with them respectfully · Communicating the project details to the vendors that would contribute to getting the best results · Helping clients to convert the leads to customers by providing conversion support calls and consultation on their sales and offer · Suggesting conversion strategies to clients · Improving the delivery process to maximize efficiency with lowest cost and least amount of time · Campaign setup, ad account setup, ad setup- everything from creating to publishing ads · Metrics tracking and analysis and reporting of results and changes done. · Testing, analysis using analytics tools such as heatmaps, and regular content improvements in landing pages and ads · Improving /troubleshoot ads according to the requirement, analysis, and resources available · Leading the operations delivery department, managing delivery team members, and making decisions best suited for the business · Staying updated with meta and google changes, policies, updates, etc. and make changes in our delivery process accordingly
