Brand & Institutional Representation Represent EDII at national and regional forums, education fairs, seminars, and industry events to strengthen the institutions brand presence. Digital Engagement & Lead Conversion Establish and supervise a robust digital outreach framework encompassing social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and online counselling. Collaboration & Coordination Liaise with academic and program heads to align admissions criteria, selection processes, and promotional narratives. Coordinate with internal departments to maintain consistency in branding, communication, and service delivery. Team Leadership Lead, train, and motivate the admissions and tele-enquiry team to deliver on recruitment targets while maintaining high service standards. Ensure periodic performance reviews, skill development, and accountability within the team. Collateral & Communication Oversee the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, program guides, and digital content in line with EDII’s positioning. Maintain up-to-date records of communication and lead status through institutional CRM platforms. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 12-15 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, or educational marketing, preferably within MBA/PGDM or entrepreneurship programs.
