Educational Counselor

As a Sales Associate at our company in the Education Sales Industry, your role involves connecting with working professionals to help them choose programs that can enhance their careers. You will be responsible for calling individuals from a provided list and persuading them to enroll in our programs. Furthermore, you will need to inform professionals about our management courses that align with their requirements. It is crucial to maintain regular communication with candidates through follow-up calls, emails, and other means to keep them engaged. Keeping track of potential leads and ensuring monthly sales targets are met are also part of your responsibilities. Collaborating effectively with your team to drive more sales is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with working professionals to assist them in selecting suitable career enhancement programs. - Make outbound calls to individuals and encourage them to join our programs. - Inform professionals about our management courses tailored to their needs. - Maintain regular communication with candidates through follow-up calls and emails. - Track and manage all leads interested in our programs. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Follow the sales process diligently. - Collaborate with the team to increase sales productivity. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation in any field. - 0-3 years of work experience in sales or business development. - Good communication skills in English and Hindi. - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach. - Passion for sales. - Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and learn from it. Location: Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore Note: Salary for this position ranges from Rs. 27,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary.,
