Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in New Delhi. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing academic and career guidance to students, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and helping students with their education plans. Daily tasks include assessing students' needs, developing and implementing student counseling programs, maintaining up-to-date records, and coordinating with educational institutions to enhance students' career opportunities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus
