What You’ll Do Counseling & Admissions Conduct personalized student sessions to suggest suitable countries, courses & universities Guide students through SOPs, applications, scholarships, and timelines Assist with European and UAE admissions, Uni-Assist, DSU, and visa prep Business Development Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments Build relationships with schools, students, and families Promote FLINT’s services through webinars, school visits & local events Operations & Reporting Maintain student data and progress via CRM Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-admission support What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in study abroad counseling or education sales Good knowledge of European or UAE education systems Fluent in English (Hindi/vernaculars are a plus) Independent, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup Strong interpersonal and communication skills Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives Why Join FLINT INDIA?
