Educational Counsellor

Urgent required "Educational Counsellor" in BIT - Baroda Institute of Technology.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Educational Counselor with a background in Information Technology (I.T.) or Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on educational programs, courses, and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their background, interests, and career goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote courses and increase student admissions.
• Utilize IT/Marketing expertise to design campaigns, digital outreach, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in I.T., Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Prior experience in counseling, student advisory, or educational sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM software, and online marketing platforms is an added advantage.
