Education Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential students to understand their academic profile, career ambitions, and motivations.
• Recommend suitable UG/PG programs and learning options tailored to individual aspirations.
• Provide detailed guidance on course structures, admissions criteria, financial aid, and placement opportunities.
• Communicate effectively through multiple channels — including calls, messages, and emails — ensuring timely responses to all student inquiries.
• Build trusted relationships by offering honest, personalized advice at every stage of the decision-making process.
• Track engagement and progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate records of all student interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, institutional offerings, and education industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields).
• 0–2 years of experience in counseling, student advising, or customer engagement roles.
• A confident communicator with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and proactive, with strong follow-up habits.
• Comfortable using CRM or lead management systems to track and manage outreach.
• Enthusiastic about education, growth, and lifelong learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
