Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Educational Counselors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong command of the English language, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for guiding and supporting students in their educational journey. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments by providing comprehensive information about our programs and effectively addressing student needs and concerns. Responsibilities: Convert phone and in-person inquiries into student enrollments through effective counseling and guidance. Provide detailed and accurate information to prospective students about our culinary programs, including curriculum, faculty, facilities, and career opportunities. Conduct thorough counseling sessions to understand students' educational goals, career aspirations, and individual needs. Address student queries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner. Follow up diligently with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings to nurture their interest and facilitate the enrollment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status in our database/Excel sheets. Carry out the end-to-end admission process, including application assistance, documentation, and fee payment guidance. Meet and exceed enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institute. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to participate in promotional events, workshops, and information sessions. Stay updated on industry trends, program updates, and admission requirements to provide the most relevant and accurate information to prospective students. Adhere to the institute's policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with students and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong convincing and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach. Proactive and confident attitude with a genuine desire to help students succeed. Ability to build rapport with students and establish trust. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data management and record-keeping. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
