Job Description

Student Counseling: Interact with walk-ins, phone enquiries, and social media leads to provide detailed information about our training programs. Admissions Handling: Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups, calls, and counseling sessions. Database Management: Maintain accurate student records and follow-up logs. Career Guidance: Understand students’ career goals and suggest suitable courses. Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to ensure seamless student onboarding. Outreach: Visit colleges in nearby areas (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal) for seminars and counseling drives (if needed). CRM/Lead Tools: Use lead management systems and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking progress. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
