Education Counselor (Night Shift)

As an Education Counselor (Presales) in our team, you will be responsible for promoting e-learning and scheduling demo classes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to promote e-learning and schedule demo classes - Assisting leads through onboarding and enrollment - Managing follow-ups and maintaining records in CRM - Coordinating with teams to improve lead conversion To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: - Strong English communication skills - Good interpersonal and organizational abilities - Experience in EdTech, sales, or promotions preferred (not mandatory) The company is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Vasai (W) Station in Mumbai. You will be working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a salary range of 13,000 to 23,000 plus a 2,000 attendance bonus.
