Job Description

Role Overview: As an Education Counselor in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to guide and counsel prospective students, convert inquiries into admissions, and ensure student satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and parents on various courses, career paths, and the admission process. - Manage leads effectively, follow up on inquiries, and achieve enrollment targets. - Handle admission formalities and maintain documentation. - Provide ongoing support to students post-admission and keep accurate records. - Assist in organizing outreach activities, workshops, and marketing events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum of 1 year experience in education counseling or sales. - Excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, and/or Hindi. - Target-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. - Knowledge of CAD/design courses would be advantageous.
