Education Counselor (female)

Urgent Hiring:
We’re looking for a confident experienced female admission counselor with a background in education counseling. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and their families through the enrollment process, explain course offerings, and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads (FMGE aspirants & parents)

· Provide detailed information about courses, faculty, fee structures, and exam strategies

· Follow up consistently with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp and Zoom meet, face to face

· Maintain and update the student data in MS Excel sheet and track conversions

· Build relationships with students to understand their academic needs

· Meet and generate quality enrollments

· Provide support during seminars, webinars, and admission drives

Requirements

o 6months –1 year of experience in academic/student counseling (FMGE/medical field is a plus)

o Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, Telugu & Malayalam

o Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak admission seasons

o Proficient in MS Office- excel, word, ppt, basic WhatsApp/email/Zoom meetings communication

o Working hours: Mon to Sat, 9:30am to 6:30pm

Stable candidates, overall female staff, work from office

Salary range: 18000- 22000/month (no bar for potential candidates).
