Business Development Executive (BDE) EdTech Sales

Job Summary:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through

    cold calling, networking, and online research

    .
  • Engage with

    students, parents, and educational institutions

    to promote EdTech solutions.
  • Conduct

    product demonstrations & presentations

    to potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads and

    convert them into clients

    .
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for

    upselling and referrals

    .
  • Collaborate with

    marketing & product teams

    to align sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed

    monthly/quarterly sales targets

    .
  • Maintain records in

    CRM tools

    and report on sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-4 years

    of experience in

    EdTech sales, B2C/B2B sales, or business development

    .
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation & persuasion

    skills.
  • Ability to handle

    high-volume calls & follow-ups

    .
  • Knowledge of

    CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Passion for

    education technology & learning solutions

    .

Preferred:

  • Experience in

    EdTech, SaaS sales, or education industry

    .
  • Prior success in

    target-based sales roles

    .
