We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counselor to join our team and assist aspiring learners in enrolling for our Digital Marketing Course in Delhi. As an Education Counselor, you will be the face of our institute, guiding potential students through the course offerings, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey in the field of digital marketing. Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in the Digital Marketing Course, both in-person and through various communication channels. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion, aiming to achieve enrollment targets. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status using our CRM system. 10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to effectively communicate the benefits of our course offerings to potential students. 11. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the counseling process and student experience. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an Education Counselor, Career Counselor, or similar role, preferably in the education or training industry. 3. Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and an understanding of the skills and competencies required for a successful career in the field. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students. 5. Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote course offerings and handle objections. 6. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and other digital tools used in the counseling and admissions process. 8. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously. 9. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be a plus). 10. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
