STAENZ Academy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to join our team at the Ghaziabad branch. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in making informed decisions about enrolling in our digital marketing courses. Your primary focus will be to understand the career goals and aspirations of potential students and provide them with comprehensive information about the benefits and features of our digital marketing programs. This role requires a persuasive communicator who can passionately promote our courses and help students embark on a rewarding journey in the field of digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Counselling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career aspirations, and interest in digital marketing. 2. Course Promotion: Provide detailed information about STAENZ Academys digital marketing courses, including curriculum, course modules, duration, fees, and potential career opportunities in the field. 3. Career Guidance: Offer personalized career guidance to students, aligning their strengths and interests with the most suitable digital marketing courses and specialization options. 4. Student Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students, addressing their concerns, and nurturing them through the decision-making process. 5. Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential students through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels to generate leads and inquiries for the digital marketing courses. 6. Follow-up and Conversion: Regularly follow up with leads to provide additional information, address queries, and guide them towards the enrollment process. 7. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with students and leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. 8. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors offerings, and emerging demands in the digital marketing sector to enhance counselling effectiveness. Requirements: Education: Minimum of a bachelors degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques will be advantageous. Counselling Skills: Prior experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service roles will be preferred, but freshers with a passion for counselling and digital marketing are also encouraged to apply. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively convey information and build rapport with potential students. Persuasive Ability: A persuasive and convincing approach to influence potential students positively and encourage them to enroll in our digital marketing courses. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and understand their unique requirements.
