Job Title: Education Counselor Department: MBBS Abroad/India. ( SALES) Website: www.affinityeducation.in Location: Sector-16, Noida Key Responsibilities: Provide counseling to students interested in studying MBBS abroad/India. Maintain the organizations standards while engaging with students. Conduct data calling and follow up with potential students via phone and email. Manage and update CRM with accurate student information and status. Convert leads into sales/admissions through effective communication and follow-ups. Participate in seminars, webinars, and other educational events. Monitor students' progress, address their concerns, and provide continuous support throughout the admission process. Maintain detailed records and reports of student interactions and progress. Skills and Qualifications: Graduation is required. Strong sales knowledge and skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Convincing power and persuasive skills to engage students and parents.
