Hiring: Education Counselor (Presales) – Night Shift (US Process)
We are looking for driven Education Counselors to join our team.
Details:
Location: 5 mins walk from Vasai (W) Station Mumbai
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹23,000 + ₹2,000 attendance bonus
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Joining: From 27th October
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote e-learning and schedule demo classes
Assist leads through onboarding and enrollment
Manage follow-ups and maintain records in CRM
Coordinate with teams to improve lead conversion
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
Experience in EdTech, sales, or promotions preferred (not mandatory)
