Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain servers for Hotel Management Software, Camera and Call Recording Systems. Monitor and maintain modem, firewall, CCTV, and storage systems. Manage TV signal, telephone lines, and optimize Wi-Fi coverage across. Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems and accessories. Maintain inventory of systems and accessories. Support higher management with additional tasks. Ensure proper functioning of Champagne Management and Music Systems. Qualifications: Experience in IT support and system maintenance, preferably in hospitality. Strong technical troubleshooting, network, and server skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
