Edooism is an EdTech startup that runs live online Upskilling, Tutoring & Mentoring on www.edooism.com. We are launching an in person academy in Nariman Point Mumbai. Would like an Operations and Adminstration Manager to be present at the academy and manage day to day operations, attendance, etc. In addition, the person should have knowledge of online tools to be able to manage scheduling, payments, etc. Desired Qualifications: Experience scheduling web-based and in person meetings or webinars (Zoom, Google Meet) Manage payments, parent and student interaction including welcoming them and creating a comfortable environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and production of enablement event materials at the centre for Art and Music and Tutoring sessions. Track registrations for enabling events ( Classroom events) Leverage online tools to maintain an online calendar of tutoring events throughout the quarter and the year Schedule depends on when classes take place. The candidate would be required to be flexible till a routine and classes take shape at the workplace. Any holiday leave for the year will have to be mentioned in advance. Communication and PR skills are required as a priority for this job.
