Site Management & Operations: Office & Facility Management: Oversee general office management, including stationary supplies, HSE stock, and inventory, pantry , snacks etc Housekeeping: Ensure high standards of housekeeping at Zero Point & PSS. Site Maintenance: Manage AMCs for site maintenance and oversee general site maintenance activities. Utility & Contract Management: Oversee the renewal of contracts and coordinate with HO (Head Office) and IT for related matters. Logistics & Support: Manage cab services Errands & Site Requirements: Handle all general errands and special requirements of the site promptly and efficiently. II. Financial & Vendor Management: Billing & Payments: Ensure accurate billing, timely submission, and payment follow-up for all administration-related bills. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in forecasting and managing budgets for administrative expenses. III. Compliance & Safety: ISO / HSE Coordination: Coordinate and ensure compliance with ISO and HSE standards and initiatives. Statutory Compliance: Assist with coding and ensure adherence to relevant statutory compliances. IV. Process Improvement & Innovation: Proactiveness & Innovation: Drive proactiveness and ideation for continuous improvement in site operations. Maintain daily observation statistics and share with business partners for better management. Review weekly Permit To Work (PTW). Monitor daily manpower and safe man-hours statistics. Prepare and review the HSE dashboard. Measures: Number of site visits. Training and Awareness Objectives: Conduct awareness sessions to educate and reinforce HSE values. Provide safety training to equip employees with safety knowledge. Deliver safety inductions to ensure visitors/employees understand QHSES policies and conduct. Run online quizzes to assess employees' knowledge of EDFRIs QHSES policies and values. Conduct mock drills to prepare employees for contingencies. Measures: Number and effectiveness of training sessions conducted. Safety Inspections and Reviews Objectives: Perform inspections of vehicles, fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, health & hygiene, tools & tackles, DG sets, etc., to ensure safety mechanisms are in place. Review HSE MIS and related documents from AO and project teams for clearance. Maintain daily HSE observations with severity and category analysis for action and improvement. Measures: Inspection records and observation tracking. Meetings and Discussions Objectives: Conduct HSE committee walkarounds to discuss HSE aspects and promote a safe working environment. Hold HSE committee meetings with business partners in AO and projects to address HSE issues and brainstorm improvements. Measures: Implementation of discussed actions and improvements. Safety Promotions and Initiatives Objectives: Organize safety rewards, recognitions, and promotional activities to motivate employees. Celebrate OSHA Week, World Quality Week, National Road Safety Week, National Safety Week, Independence Day, and Republic Day to reinforce safety values. Plan and implement new HSE initiatives to raise awareness and promote safety. Conduct awareness sessions under CSR activities to meet company CSR goals. Measures: R&R return metrics. Number of new HSE initiatives taken. Incident Management and Purchase Order Execution Objectives: Investigate incidents, if any. Execute purchase orders for safety items and HSE training activities during the financial year. Measures: Incident reports and PO execution records.
