The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various online/offline channels including calls, emails, social media, and field visits. Pitch and promote Edciteds educational programs and services to prospective clients. Schedule and conduct meetings or demos to explain the offerings. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and clients for conversions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle client queries effectively and provide suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of lead activities and follow-ups in CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus). 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or tele-counselling (preferably in the education sector). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and confident personality.
