We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background or interest in Nutraceuticals, Functional Foods, or Dietary Supplements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and expanding brand presence across regional and national markets. Key Responsibilities Sales: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners in the nutraceutical domain. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Conduct regular market visits to gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for growth. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms with clients. Marketing: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote products. Collaborate with the marketing team for brand building, product launches, and promotional activities. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content tailored to B2B/B2C audiences. Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging ingredients. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or related field (Preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing of nutraceuticals, food supplements, or health products (Preferred). Strong understanding of nutraceutical formulations, ingredients, and regulatory environment preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
