Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, Management, Economics, Social Work, Rural Development, or equivalent certification in Knowledge Management from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the public/social sector, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in women’s economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal preferred.
• Prior exposure to bilateral/multilateral or externally aided projects is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills in English and Bengali.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent networking and coordination abilities.
• Transparent, participative, and willing to travel for field assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a

  Knowledge Management Framework, Plan, and SOP

  for WEP.
• Create and maintain a

  Knowledge Repository

  including best practices, reports, tools, guidelines, and success stories.
• Organize and support

  workshops, trainings, and capacity-building activities

  for DWCDSW and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials to disseminate WEP knowledge products.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange among internal and external partners for improved project outcomes.
