Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Support and Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting the ecommerce operations and ensuring that purchasing activities are carried out smoothly. You will be responsible for assisting with product procurement, order management, and customer support to provide an outstanding shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Ecommerce Support: Handle customer inquiries related to orders, products, and shipping, resolve complaints, and provide product information. Provide support for the daily operations of the ecommerce platform Process online orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of stock on the website. Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the eCommerce platform. Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and website performance to suggest improvements. Purchasing Assistance: Assist the purchasing team in sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory. Create purchase orders and track shipments. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules. Manage and maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. Help with cost analysis and sourcing of new products. Research potential vendors, negotiate prices, and maintain vendor relationships. Analyze pricing trends and evaluate vendor offers for cost-effective procurement. Qualifications: Any graduate with excellent written English skills. 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce support, customer service, or purchasing Familiarity with ecommerce platforms Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and oral English skills.
