Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist . The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, monitoring product performance, analyzing sales data, and creating strategies to improve sales and customer engagement. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless customer service, enhanced user experience, and efficient operations, all while showcasing the beautiful essence of Punjabi culture.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in E-Commerce operations and Sales management
• Experience with Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve sales strategies
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, ensuring positive relationships with customers
• Ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
• Familiarity with Punjabi culture and traditions is an added advantage
