Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including handling customer service inquiries, processing sales orders, and analyzing website traffic and sales data. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize promotional strategies, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers, and maintaining up-to-date product listings.
