About Us: Enrich Health Biotech is a fast-growing health and wellness company. We're expanding our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms and looking for enthusiastic E-commerce Specialists to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Generate orders by managing and optimizing product listings. Handle accounts on platforms like Snapdeal, Limeroad, Citymall, GlowRoad, Vastrmiter, Shopclues, Ajio, Tata 1mg, and Meesho. Coordinate with internal team members for product info, stock availability, and dispatch. Track orders, returns, and customer queries on each platform. Maintain healthy account status and resolve listing issues. Work towards achieving daily/weekly sales targets. Requirements: Prior experience managing e-commerce marketplaces is preferred. Strong understanding of how platforms like Meesho, Shopclues, etc., work. Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory handling. Good communication and coordination skills. 12th Pass or Graduate. Must be detail-oriented and result-driven.
