Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at our Daman office. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, analyze e-commerce performance metrics, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities include monitoring product listings, handling customer inquiries, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online visibility and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in E-Commerce, understanding of online retail operations, and proficiency in managing online platforms
• Strong Analytical Skills for tracking and improving e-commerce performance metrics and identifying sales opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and resolve queries efficiently
• Sales experience with a focus on driving revenue growth through digital channels
• Proficiency in using tools and software for e-commerce and online marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a team environment
