Key Skills Required for the Role Order & Inventory Handling Attention to detail (for checking quantities and packing correctly) Basic record-keeping or Excel/Google Sheets familiarity Ability to organize stock neatly and track low inventory Customer Communication Polite and professional phone and WhatsApp etiquette Basic email writing skills Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking); Tamil a plus Empathy and patience when answering buyer queries Tech & Tools Basic computer and smartphone skills Comfortable using: WhatsApp Web Simple order management software (if any) Courier platforms (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery tracking) Ability to print shipping labels (if required) Shipping & Coordination Understanding of basic courier processes (pickup, tracking, delivery follow-up) Ability to coordinate with delivery partners on time Soft Skills Reliable and punctual Trustworthy and discreet (especially handling customer data) Self-motivated, with minimal supervision Appreciation for the cultural/spiritual mission of the project
