Ecommerce Platform Manager

You are a driven Ecommerce Manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and conversion rates of the D2C website/ecommerce platforms for The Ayurveda Experience. Your responsibilities include the following: - **Performance Analysis & Optimization:** - Conduct detailed analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics. - Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey. - Execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and boost conversion rates. - **Strategic Planning & Execution:** - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to devise and execute ecommerce strategies. - Manage the optimization roadmap by prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce optimization. - **Content & Campaign Management:** - Work closely with the content creation team to ensure all digital content is optimized for performance. - Coordinate marketing campaigns on the platform, aligning them with overall business objectives. - Optimize landing pages, product pages, and other key touchpoints to improve user experience and drive conversions. - **Data-Driven Insights:** - Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators and overall ecommerce health. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. As the ideal candidate, you should possess: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. - An MBA in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. - Excellent project management skills handling multiple projects concurrently. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Proven experience in ecommerce optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role. - Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms would be advantageous. - A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.,
