Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Monitor and process daily orders across all e-commerce platforms using Uniware/Shopify.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently.

Inventory Management

• Update inventory levels across marketplaces and Shopify website.
• Sync stock between Uniware and platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts.
• Maintain records of inward and outward stock movement.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily and weekly sales, inventory, and return reports.
• Track performance metrics like order volume, dispatch rate, and delivery TAT.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with platforms for resolution.
• Ensure smooth communication between logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
