Role description – Manager: E-commerce Marketing This role includes collaborating with Channel Leads & the business segment teams cross-functionally to manage all aspects of eCommerce marketing including promotion & marketing planning/calendar, joint marketing plans with publishers, ROI analysis & tracking, continuous optimization of marketing spend using a data driven approach, and end to end ownership of promotional campaigns and other online marketing across the 3 rd party e-commerce channels Repro does business on. Currently Repro sells on Amazon, Flipkart & Snapdeal; soon to be adding many more. Responsibilities: Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic ecommerce marketing plan. Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of targeted and best in class marketing campaigns across the 3 rd party e-commerce channels to ensure business growth & maximum ROI on our marketing spend. Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the eCommerce organization for marketing, working in an effective cross-functional manner with the Channel Heads & Business Segment teams to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test eCommerce marketing initiatives. Promotion & Marketing: Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates and managing margin performance across. Lead, design, and execute Publisher Partnership Plan. Lead publisher negotiation and strategic partnerships with key publishers. Secure marketing budget contribution from publishers based on historical ROI and results Own and manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics. Demand Partnership: Engage with the Marketing team to design the events calendar, publisher / customer engagement programs and promotion strategy, pull in traffic, and deliver the right value proposition to ensure conversion. Participate in directing and augmenting as required a team of ecommerce marketing professionals that can effectively help develop and execute company’s long-term vision. Provide expertise on the current eCommerce industry best practices. Additional Qualifications: 4-7 years’ experience in e-commerce digital marketing. Experience across channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc.) preferred. Third party channel experience selling large # of SKU assortment on online channels. Good organizational skills which include prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. An understanding of and passion for e-commerce. Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
